Last  June 9, 2025, the Western Laguna District Choir embarked on a journey that was about much more than just a destination; it was a profound spiritual pilgrimage to the AATF Sports Complex in Imus, Cavite. Being a member of this choir is a sacred privilege, and this trip served as a powerful reminder of our shared mission to serve through music. The road to Cavite was alive with "happy travel" energy, as our group filled the time with laughter, shared stories, and the quiet hum of voices practicing harmonies.


Standing together at the AATF Sports Complex, the sense of unity was overwhelming. Dressed in our signature navy and white attire, we stood as a unified front, representing the heart of Western Laguna. To be part of such a large and dedicated ensemble is a humbling experience; it reminds us that while our individual voices are unique, we are strongest when blended together in faith. Every moment of the day, from the formal district photos to the massive group shots, was a celebration of our dedication to the theme "Soli Deo Gloria" Glory to God alone.


The memories of that day in Imus are now a cherished part of our choir's history. It wasn't just about the performance or the venue; it was about the brotherhood and sisterhood we share as we travel the path of service together. We returned home from Cavite with our spirits renewed, forever grateful for the privilege of raising our voices as one and for the beautiful bond that defines the Western Laguna District Choir.

A Grand Welcome: Heritage, Hugs, and High Clouds  Sometimes, the best part of a journey is the beginning. My Auntie and Uncle recently traveled all the way from the United States for a long-awaited homecoming. While their itinerary included a grand  cruise ship  adventure, our time together on land in Manila was the true highlight for me.
